02.Remote Video Analysis
Online, worldwide See what is holding you back. Train with focus. You film your stroke, send it in. We review your technique and send you a personalised Action Plan with your top three priorities ranked. Drill cards included.
03.Poolside Stroke Correction Session
In person, Bryanston, Johannesburg Private pool. Personal attention. Real change. 45 minutes of one-on-one coaching. Real-time correction with underwater headphones. Voice note delivered after the session. Five places per month, first come first served. No monthly squad fees, book when you feel you need input.
04.Winter Training Squad
In person, St Stithians, Johannesburg · May to August Everything you need to complete a Robben Island swim crossing. Progressive cold water exposure Technique input and stroke correction Fitness based on a structured program Nutrition Guidance Community The only structured cold-water acclimatisation programme of its kind in South Africa. Four months of winter. Progressive cold exposure, technique, fitness, nutrition, and community. The 2026 cohort is full — register your interest for 2027.
05.Remote Coaching
Online, worldwide · Application only You train alone. You do not have to feel alone. A fully personalised, adaptive programme for open-water swimmers training for events over 5km. Monthly call, weekly check-ins, Garmin monitoring, Red/Yellow/Green decision guide, Swim Training Toolkit included. Intake capped at 4 to 6 swimmers.
